The ABC Stores of South Carolina is a trade association whose purpose is to provide representation at the state house and to protect the business interests of independent package stores in our state. We work closely with others in the industry to accomplish collective goals, to protect the alcohol beverage industry from unfavorable laws and regulations, and to educate consumers about responsible consumption of alcohol beverages. We are also the state affiliate for the American Beverage Licensees (ABL).

The ABC Stores of South Carolina maintains a lobbyist to monitor and participate in the legislative process, as well as an executive director to manage the association. An Executive Committee meets regularly to decide on necessary policies and procedures for the association.
