You can download a copy of the application at the bottom of the page if you would prefer to submit your application and payment through the mail.

You will need to select a level of membership below, they are:

     - Executive Committee Member:
   (open to all alcohol beverage retailers operating in SC)
   contributing $7,500 annually

   - Supporting Board Member:
   (open to alcohol beverage wholesalers and suppliers who support our agenda and efforts)
   contributing $5,000 annually

   - Class B Participating Member:
   (open to alcohol beverage retailers who also operate as a Class B Wholesaler)
   contributing $1,000 annually

   - Participating Member:
   (open to alcohol beverage retailers operating in SC)
   contributing $250 annually
